FLASH: Quicktime embedded?

I am trying to build a new navigational system for a broadband client and

have thought of having a fullscreen Quciktime movie play with a Flash

navigational system overlayed ontop.

Is this possible in Flash4?

Or does anyone have any ideas or examples to brign forward?
