Yes. Hee is the breakdown
You need Flash 4 to add content to a Quicktime 4 movie.
Flash content is limited to Flash 3 compatible features at the moment.
Tools for adding the QT scripting are not included in Flash.
Flash content can also be added into QT with other QT Tools but Flash
interace is ideal for lining up Flash content with other QT content.
