Well you could try saving it as an alpha'd image (assuming FL supports
that; I disremember offhand if it does) or, perhaps more simply, use
Photoshop's magic wand tool to select the parts of the image you want,
copy it, and paste it directly into Flash.
Beyond that, maybe experiment with saving it as an EPS?
Of course these suggesions are OOTOMH and very well could be entirely
wrong...
