I'm not sure whether you've picked up from the prior conversations here
than IE/Mac will never tell JavaScript what plugins it can use...?

(iow, most JavaScript detection routines will give IE/Mac GIF or some other
content it knows it can handle. You can script it other ways, but IE/Mac
will never tell JavaScript "Yes, I can play Flash, give it to me!"... or
whatever it is that browsers tell scripts behind the scenes.... ;-)
