We're trying to sell UNC's CIO on a simple flash site, but she's balking

because of concerns about everyone in the real world not having the

plug-in.  We told her it comes std. with IE and NS 4+, but one of her

friends off campus apparently tried it on IE5 and it failed, asking for a

plug-in.  I've had one other person try it on IE and have that problem.

I know that IE5 does come with the Flash plugin but it is not installed by

default.  During browser installation you must specify that the Flash plugin

be installed.
