FLASH: Site Check...preloader??

I've spent some time re-designing my opening page and would appreciate any

feedback from the group here. The opening loads and play quickly on PC's

(49kbs connect speed, PII 400mhz, but much slower on a Mac (7200/120-same

connect speed).  Do I need to preload the whole movie first to have it play

the same on both platforms-or am I limited by the computers processing

power??  If so, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
