If you do any serious Flash work getting Flash 4 will save you lots and
lots of time, even if you don't use the Flash 4 features such as MP3
compression, Actionscript, drag and drop, Duplicate, etc.
For a serious Flasher, it's a no brainer. If it is just a toy to you and
it's your favorite, then it is also well worth the price.
