Lena,

You've already loaded movie2.swf from the Action in movie1 so the only

Action you need on the Button is Tell Target.

I would put a Label on Frame 7 of movie2.swf (something like Start2)

instead of Goto Next Frame - I've had similar problems with this and

Load Movie myself.

So you'd have on your button:


On (Release)


Begin Tell Target (level1)


      Go to and Play ("Start2")


End Tell Target



I think this should work.

BTW is your movie2.swf in the same folder as movie1. Just a thought
