I'm not sure I follow you, but from what I understand you are trying to
print a Flash movie off of the web and are only getting the first frame
regardless of where you are in the movie, right? If I am correct in my
assumption, this is not a bug, it is just the way Flash works. Regardless of
load movie or any other action, you will only be able to print the first
frame of any movie on the web.

While in the authoring environment, you can print any frame you like. This
is useful for storyboarding, etc..
