FLASH: URGENT NEED FLASH HELP!!!!

I have a couple question that I hope you could answere for me!


1st: I am trying to figure out what the best way is to create a flash site: 

The question is this.... Should I only use 1 layer and make it stop a certain 

frames.... then on the stoped frame where I will locate the buttons (that I 

believe should be symbols) should I have the button go to a certain frame on 

that 1 layer? Or should I create seperate .swf movie files and have the 

buttons open the movie? Or should I have the pages (movies) that the buttons 

will link to be seperate movie clips that I will have in my library? Or 

should I create all the pages that link from the button on seperate layers?


I know that this may seem a bit confusing ... that way I explained it but I 

dont know any other way of classifying it... My main objective is of course 

that the movie loads as fast as possilbe and looks good.


2nd Question: How the hell do I get the entire movie('s) to (or better said 

certain things to load) when staring up the website.


What I mean is this (example)... I have seen sites where they have a count 

down (5-4-3-2-1) and then the movie plays without interuptions.


I am guessing that has something to do with the load movie command that you 

can assign to a frame...?


Also how can you tell flash how fast that 5-4-3-2-1 countdown movie should 

play... So that everyone that opens my site and reaches the final "1" will 

have the entire movie loaded?


I would really apreciate it if you could send me 1 of your flash (.fla) files 

that I could take a look at and review so that I can see what you did and 

hopfull learn how things are done.
