Preloader tutorial (really basic, easily modified) at

Be careful with a pre-loader.  Some movies simply do not require them as the

media is streaming. Also be forewarned that certain sounds can take a LOT longer

to load and not neccessarily make your movie pre-load in certain timed-out

measures.
