FLASH: small file sizes with streaming sound and movement

I am doing a character that needs to speak for around a minite and move 

around. I've only done the first chunk of speech (as I was advized to chop

it into small pieces) and the file is already 100k ! This piece  is only 10

seconds long !! Any suggestions for minimalising file size?
