Hi Jeff,

I've already seen one response to your post, but I don't think it will

achieve what you're after as it will only copy and paste the first and

last stages if it was tweened (I'm assuming here that it was a tweened

motion - if not kindly ignore the rest of this message and go with the

first response!). Otherwise read on...

1) You could do a selective screengrab of the onion skinning

(command-shift-4 for Mac, shift-print screen for Windoze) if you

wanted just a bitmap. Or

2) Temporarily insert key frames into the empty frames between the

tweens, then turn on onion skinning if you want to see the effect but

most importantly turn on 'edit multiple frames' and select the frame

range you want. Then use copy and paste to keep everything as

vectors/text. If you want the grey text or shape outlines as seen in

onion skinning I'm afraid you'll have to edit the shapes yourself

afterwards ;)
