loading multiple movies may help here with a movie for the navigation, a
movie for content and other movies for examples. if you do a little
research into the load movie command it is really not that bad :)

here you can just load multiple movies (one foe each example you have)
into one larger movie.

if you are in a page with flash and move to an html page THEN hit back
button you will be going to the beginning of the flash. one thing you could
possibly do here is to give the html page a new window which will leave the
flash page where it is.
