Not true, you can't make a call to Flash before the frame you call is
loaded.
The whole movie does NOT need to be loaded.
You should never make a call from JavaScript to Flash before frame one
of the Flash movie is loaded. The use of a Start FSCommand from Flash to
JS is used to prevent these errors.
