this will depend on several factors, including your delivery method (web,
intranet, cd, or local hard drive) and the complexity of your animation.
It's not likely you'll get anything complex to stream smoothly at 30fps
over a modem. Colin Moock has a Flash speed detection tool at
http://www.moock.org/webdesign/flash/actionscript/fps-speedometer/ that can
help you determine how fast your movie will play on different machines.
