Your file is probably 16 bit 44 Khz CD standard audio. In your sound software

you should be able to change these settings to say 16 bit 11 Khz. This will

decrease the file size. Remember changing these output rates will effect the

audio quality. The decreased setting may or may not be acceptable. Pllay with it

and see.
