Do you have adequate space on your hard drives(s) for pagefile.sys?
If you've run low on space for the pagefile.sys, I think that will report
memory errors too.
I have seen it before.

| First off make sure you have downloaded all the patches from the update

| Next make sure your ram is runnig at the same rate 80ns, 10ns, 6ns or

| Next pull your other memory out then try to relieve any possible viruses
| that may be residing.

| Run scandisk and defrag... check your Virtual Mem settings, look at your
| upper mem block to see how much you have left.
|
| I don't use resource monitor .. but I do use msconfig run this and make
| sure you know all the progs running at startup.. some may be hoging the
| upper mem block.
