Windows 98 and NT run 'efficiently' on 64K, depending on what you are using it
for. Obviously CAD work requires as much RAM as you can get.
You can never have enough RAM.

Do you know where this information came from? Is there somewhere I can check
it out on one of Microsofts site? I have looked and can find no mention of
this problem. I ask because I've just ordered PIII 750, 256Mb RAM with
Windows 98 SE, and I don't want to spend the extra hundred quid for the 256
upgrade if it's going to serve no useful purpose.
Thanks in advance
Paul
