I couldn't resist this thread.  As I remember, the first black sites I saw

were in support of a "Free Speech Internet "movement about 8 years ago.

This was with a Mosaic browser. GOD I FEEL OLD!!!

Since then they have sprung up like weeds. (I myself am guilty-WE ALL

ARE....at least once!)

I use this as a great reason to try and do something different.  I've never

had just ONE  idea for a site design, so I usually go with the white or

colour.
