FLASH: Menu Help problem

I am attempting to create a menu "help" technique similar to the "TITLE" 

feature in HTML.

On mouse-over I want the description of the menu item to appear.

On mouse-out I want it to disappear.

I cannot get it work.

If you have a minute to look at the simplified .fla (one menu item, one 

help-text, on one level)

I would sincerely appreciate your suggestions on how to make this work.
