Sounds like you'd have to start with a movie clip of each street with a
colored and non-colored version in different frames. If you saved the
street name, a positioning x/y coordinate for the movieclip, and an
indicator of which part of the map each on is in in a database, you
could jump to (display) the colored version when the street name was
clicked and use scaling and positioning to display the right viewable
area. Not simple, but doable.
