Hi all !
This general note to thank all the people (Kati, John, Ken, Marc, and
others) who supported me in the dire moments I just experienced ! ;o)
My problem isn't solved actually, but I have a demo to deliver anyway. To
whom it may concern, here's what I did :
1 open the corrupted movie ad Library to another fresh movie
2 edit the part that needs to be edited
3 cut the item from the clean movie
4 paste the item in the corrupted movie (more precisely the movie whose
library seems to be corrupted - abbreviated to MWLSTBC :o)
5 save the updated MWLSTBC and close it
6 open the MWLSTBC as library to another fresh movie
7 etc.
I konw this seems rather silly - but it's the only workaround I could find.
Now I have some more time to experiment with the faulty library. My belief
is that's possibly a COMBINATION of symbols more than a specific one, that
causes the crash. At the very least a combination of factors, which makes it
all the more tricky to track down...
Have a nice week-end and thank yo for your help and/or concern...
Cheers
Pierre-Henri
