Best one I ever saw? A machine that would only boot to 'safe' mode. Once in

safe mode, a huge dialogue box was displayed on screen - it was at least

twice the size of the 640x480 default resolution (probably a lot more than

twice the size). Dragging the dialogue box about the screen would eventually

reveal the message


"Error"


If there was any OK/Cancel buttons, we couldn't find them, because we

couldn't see the bottom half of the message box!! (Can't drag to top of the

box off screen....).
