No, 'cos if it has started loading, the other part of the statement does not
become true: (GetProperty("m",_totalframes)=GetProperty("m",_framesloaded)).
It should work if an empty movie clip's _totalframe property returned 0, but
it does not...
Anyway, Helen says it works with this technique so... let it be :)

Yeah but as soon as 1 frame is loaded then the
statement become true .... and the preloader (assuming
thats what it's for) won't work properly.
