FLASH: Star Wars Text effect

Hello all,

    I've been messing with different text effects...trying to come up with a

way to do the Star Wars effect.  So far my most fascinating discovery is

that I have a larger shortcoming of what the different elements do inside of

AS than I thought I did.  I seem to remember this effect being created

before, but I'm not sure about that.  Anyone have some suggestions?
