Hi Paolo.

You can preload it into an HTML page, specifying the size as 2x2 pixels.
That will put it into the user's cache, so it will be local and ready when
called later on. Or you can load it from within Flash, onto a higher level
(the Flash player can play multiple movies simultaneously on different
levels), have it start with a blank frame that has a "stop" action in it,
making it invisible, and then use TellTarget from another movie to make it
play. If you use the latter method, you must insure that the movie has
loaded sufficiently before being called via TellTarget.

The manual (available from Macromedia as a PDF), or Flash Central, or the
Macromedia site, are good places to begin to understand Load Movie and Tell
Target. Once you're somewhat familiar with them, you might have some more
specific questions for this list.
