Subject: FLASH: In Praise of Flash

I just wanted to point out one feature that Flash does extremely well,
and I wish this feature were in all all MM products:

The line draw tool with smoothing magnets allows an inexpertly drawn
curve to become as smooth as glass. I have tried to make things look as
nice in Freehand by manually adjusting curve points, but the process is
painstaking and tiring.

Flash however does it intuitively and intelligently.

Perhaps I am missing a feature of other programs, but when I either
choose auto smooth in drawing or use the magnet to smooth the lines... I
am almost always pleased with the results.

Why isn't this feature in every graphic program????

I find I go to Flash to design things for export into Freehand for touch
up and output with more complex gradients, etc.
