Make it a parody somehow, and you're most likely OK. Parodies fall
within "fair use" and if the copyright owner tries to mess with you,
the free publicity may be more than worth the hassle.

A band on my label has been trying to get sued for copyright
infringement for nine years to no avail ... releasing recordings of
Beatles songs and sending them directly to the King of Pop with a
note, ".. and we don't intend to pay you!" ... etc etc ...

Some examples of their "parodies" and "appropriation" are at their
never-yet-finished-for-well-over-a-year Flash site
http://stardusters.com/

(Warning: the site itself is tame, but some people will find most
songs lewd and offensive)
