Variables only work with browsers that have the Flash 4 plugin/ActiveX control.
I assume that the Netscape browsers that did not work have Flash 3 and not Flash
4.

Solutions:
1) Change detection scheme to require Flash 4.
2) Do not use variables. Issue two Tell Target commands at the same time. Or use
movie clip logic to store positions if necessary.
