FLASH: Flash: please help me i have no idea what to do

Ok,

I really need your help.  I've been trying to solve this problem for a long 

long time.  

I have a mail form in flash.  It is all done except for the commands on the 

submit button.  My page is being hosted by Redrival.com which doesn't support 

cgi's or whatever i would need, so i need to use another service, but what.  

Are there any free services that work with flash email forms? or anything 

that would help me?  Then once i get that, what commands do i put for the 

Submit button on the FORM.
