It is kind of close... but not really. In my thinking I say go for it. If
they server a cease and desist, just be prepared for that (backup site
maybe?).... Or you could even be pro-active and e-mail or call some one at
hasbro, or whoever makes the game and clear it with them. make it legit from
the get go...
