FLASH: scrolling text

hi, flashers

i'd like to know if in f 5 is it possible to make text with scrolling bars,

easily. i don't own it yet, but i've downloaded the trial version and the

manuals, and found nothing about it there. if someone could tell me if it's

possible, and where the info is located on both manuals, it would be nice.
