Thanks for your input, but pretty much, once its up, its up. Deleting
entries from the archive would be very difficult at best.

As for a process to get something deleted, I just won't open that can of
worms... I have been in that kind of position before where I have had to
act as a janitor to peoples ill thought out actions, and I refuse to put my
self in that position again. People just have to remember that there is no
"Take Back" button on any email client that makes your email dissappear into
oblivion.
