FLASH: Does Director talk to Flash like this?

Can you get Director to talk to a Flash movie, in a similar way to a Flash

movie talking to a director movie? All I am trying to achieve is a simple

progression to labels / markers, (i.e. click on a button in Director to

progress the playback head in a Flash movie) it is simple from Flash to

Director but I can't find anything for the other way round. Can anybody help

please?
