In the April 22nd and 24th example on PRAYSTATION, once one of the objects
reaches its destination via drag, instead of coming to a dead stop, it has
spring to it.
Not that you'd want to do this, but imagine if you'd glue a tennis-ball on
the end of your car's antenna. Then you grab the tennis-ball and pull it
back a bit and let it go. The antenna "springs" back to it's original
position, but it wobbles a bit before it comes to a dead stop. The wobble
effect is what I am going for.
ALPER from this list has just sent me a bunch of FLA's with the effect (I
hope - haven't had a chance to look at all of them yet, but they look
promising). Thank you ALPER.

now you've got me curious because i don't see any "springy/friction" effect.
