This is so strange. If you check the source at:

There are two swfs being referenced. One is the wavey lines and the other is the
nav (which is the chunky rollout thing if you're on a PC using IE).
For some reason on the PC with IE the file rvr_waves.swf is not loading and...
Scratch all that... foolish coding on my part, I forgot to swap out one swf
reference in a copy and paste action.
As usual... Free beer in VT.
