FLASH: calling swfs directly???

hi everyone


ive been calling swf directly into the browser

not embeding into an html page

the advantage being that the content is allways centre/scaled

i was using a colour that the client specified

that using dreamweaver/flash i couldnt get

the colours to match between the two applications

for the first time

red 42      green21    blue77

 (which was a mystery in itself)

was warned last night that calling a swf

directly into the window could be a big problem

any body tell me why???????
