Hightlight all the frames of the Tween (left click on the first frame,
hold and drag to the last frame of the Tween) then Right Click on the
last frames (they should all still be darkened) and then select Insert
Keyframe from the menu.

Then separate all the individual Keyframes each on to its own individual
layer with empty frames following it. This will give the effect of Onion
Skinning.
