You need to reduce the number of tracks to a maximum of two, as in a stereo
file. You can mix your four tracks down to stereo and import into Flash,
but the file will take up twice as much memory compared to mixing it down
to mono (one track). I always use mono as I've never had a project where
being in stereo was so important that it justified doubling the audio file
size.
