FLASH: (OT)Bandwidth Throttle

Hello all,


Not to sure about this request ( so I am basically just guessing) but I am

after some application that can throttle bandwidth over a network. I need to

see in reality the performance of streaming flash movies on the machine that

I am authoring it on....so I dont have to jig around with the test machine.
