Colleen,
changes are the developer's friend. never turn down client requested changes
after work has been approved and finished because those changes are EXTRAs
and count as billable time. You have to make your client aware of this
though. Its good to keep an open mind about your commercial work.
sounds to me like you could use a lawyer though. A well timed letter from an
attorney can do wonders with jerks like your clients.
