FLASH: Multiple buttons , multiple pages

O.K.,

I'll try to explain this as best as i can.


If i have a site that contains multiple movies and each movie contains

the same navigational buttons and i want the user to be able to utilize

a back and a next button to either return to the page they came from or

go to the next page in sequence , how do I create the navigation and set

it to know where the user was before he got to the page he is on now so

that he can return to it?


Hope that makes some sense cause I can hear the sizzle in my head.
