FLASH: URL launch from text file

Hello All,

Can somebody point me out a good tutorial of launching a URL from text file.

Basically I want that if a user clicks on a button it goes to a URL which is

defined in an external text file, which changes from time to time. Or can

somebody help me out acheiving this?
