Not sure I'm on the same page, sorry. IE/Win can also use Netscape Plugins,
and it's *possible* to install the Macromedia Flash Player in Netscape
Plugin form to IE/Win, but that's rare because it doesn't take advantage of
auto-install, and you can't do FSCommand or Player control, etc.
If people are sensitive to security issues, then they don't need to turn
off ActiveX use... they can merely refuse new ActiveX Controls when they
see the download dialog. Does this part help...?
