Could you please point me in the right direction?


I have an opportunity to quote for a web site for a charity organisation.

This would be my first paid job in this field.

As this is a charity I support, I don't intend to ask for much in return.

However, I would still like to present my quotation in a professional

manner.


Can anyone suggest an outline or main considerations that should be

included.

Of course, should I gain other more lucrative work offers in the future, 

the quotation document would become invaluable.
