Kris i dont see any problem with changing frame rates. in fact i commonly

bring my frame rates up to 20-25 frames persecond, the results are faster,

smoother tighter animations.

of course i dont use anything too damn intensive for the sake of lower

quality cpu's out there, but i have found that a comfy frame rate of 20 fps

makes animation run so much nicer looking than 12
