Actually, there is a trick to change fps at runtime. Use an empty (1 second) sound file (you can make that in Cooledit for
instance). Put the sound in a movie as a streaming sound. Change the framerate of the movie as wanted, then load that movie in your
main movie. The main movie will now adjust it's framerate to the loaded movie's framerate, because it will want to keep up with the
streaming sound.
