There could be many ways to crash. We online can't tell which you have just
by the declaration you're crashing, sorry.

What to do? Search the general Macromedia Technotes with phrase
"troubleshooting mac". This brings you to the steps that must be performed
to effectively identify any particular issue.

Cross-check this with searching the Macromedia Flash Technotes with phrase
"mac crash". This brings up a set of documents with the top recurring
Flash-specific ways to fail.

If necessary, use the one-on-one support included with each purchase so
someone else can ask you about your system in realtime. (The steps here
would be similar to what's in the troubleshooting technotes, but sometimes
it helps to have someone else ask it.)

Recent popular ways to fail on Macs have included but have not been limited
to: MacOS temp file issue (search web with "temp file eradicator"); bad
trackball drivers; video acceleration setting; bad Virtual Memory settings
(should be 1M above real RAM); opening large files in constrained memory
(bitmap & audio need to decompress for authoring; will expand!); an
app-specific issue on some systems with Sound Panel open when not needed;
general conflicts with extensions or background utilities.
