CAPTURE CARD -> PREMIER -> FLASH : Recommendations, pls?

Hi:

I am looking to get a Video capture card to import 

VIDEO into FLASH via PREMIER. There are a host

of incompatibility problems and I was wondering if

anyone could recommend a card that he or she is

already using? Thanks.


I am running WIN 2000 on a Celeron 500. I have looked

at Pinncle Systems' DV200. I understand that even

though some of these products are listed as compatible

some discrepancies still do occur. Thanks.
